This ban email is more generic and common amongst all users (regardless if they're cheating or not). The email itself is very vague and doesn't provide much insight as to what triggered the ban. There's a lot of factors to account for when this kind of ban occurs.

many players(Including Pro players) who didn't cheat were also banned because they were reported to have reached the threshold of the ban system, the player community was angry but Blizzard didn't care.

Please minimize the likelihood of you being reported by other players
